About us

Books have enormous power and potential, they allow us to think big, to look beyond the confines of our own lives and for a few moments enter the world of another.

We first imagined Kairos in the late summer of 2006. As avid readers, we were drawn to the idea of bringing people together through the power of beautiful books.

Books have been a blessing in both our lives and sharing ideas we have discovered through reading has been a cornerstone of our friendship. Many times we have used an incredible book to reassess our purpose and direction.

In the summer of 2006 we felt so compelled to extend the privilege of sharing amazing books and exchanging the incredible ideas contained within them, that we committed ourselves to creating Kairos.

Through Kairos we are extending our friendship.
